- Take a picture of the broken or damaged object.
- Send it with an explication of the situation to our technical team via the address support.france@joivy.com
- The technical team will inform you of the steps that need to be taken and potential solutions to replace this object. Depending on the situation, this may be at your expense. We will give you the exact details of the model number for the replacement.
- If there are any broken objects when you check out of the apartment or during technical maintenance work, the price charged will be more than the retail price. It will include both the price of the object and the transport/installation costs.
