It's time to collect your keys and head to your new home. If you are picking up your keys from our office, this is how you can open your safe/lock box. (If you have been given instructions to collect your keys with our partner KeyNest, you can ignore this article).
Here's how to collect your keys from one of our safe box:
Please refer to the email that was sent to you for all the information you need (safe number and code).
Go to the address given in this e-mail.
Look for the safe number that corresponds to the one indicated in the e-mail, which looks like one of these:
4. Enter the code given to you in the e-mail and open the safe. If you have trouble opening it, here's a video to help you: this video.
5. Make sure to close the safe once you have picked up your keys and scramble the code
