The electronic devices provided by Joivy are of the same standard in all of our apartments. The information below therefore applies to the vast majority of washing machines in our apartments. In the event of a technical problem such as a electrical connection problem, an issue with one of the pieces, or a general issue with functioning, our technical team is on hand to help you.
Any problem which results due to lack of care or incorrect use will be your responsibility.
Checking the connections
- The water arrival and drainage tubes :
- The water inlet (the grey and hard hose) must be connected to the washing machine and to the metallic pipe with a tap on the wall.
- The water drainage tube (the grey flexible hose) must be connected to the washing machine and to the PVC pipe on the wall.
- The electrical connection :
- Make sure the washing machine is plugged into an electrical outlet.
- If there is no power or indicator light, check your electrical switchboard.

I do not understand how the machine works

There is a water leak
- Shut the water inlet by closing the tap on the wall.
- Put all eletronic devices out of reach of the leak.
- Check the connections displayed on the sketch above.
Is the device not working?
- Have you checked the instructions (here : Proline PFL / or here : Proline PTL) or for the name of your model ?
- Are the wires correctly connected ?
- Have you checked your electrical switchboard for issues ?

Tip for your washing machine : Leave the door open when you are not using the machine to avoid the build up of mould.
