The electrical appliances provided by Joivy are of the same standard in all of our apartments. The information below therefore applies to the vast majority of microwaves in our apartments. In the event of a technical problem such as a electrical connection problem, an issue with one of the pieces, or a general issue with functioning, our technical team is on hand to help you.
Any problem which results due to lack of care or incorrect use will be your responsibility.
If you encounter an issue with your microwave, please get into touch with us via support.france@joivy.com to describe the problem to us.
In order for us to be able to get back to you as soon as possible, please send us a photo of the model and describe the issue to us in as much detail as possible in the email.
A polite reminder : Always make sure that the container used for heating your food is microwave-adapted. All plastic containers supplied by Joivy can go in the microwave, but this isn't the case for all containers and material (aluminium, some plastics, etc.)
