Is this the first time that you have had to sign a contract via an electonic platform ? Do not worry! It is a very simple process if you follow this guide :
You will receive an email asking you to sign your documents online (It is possible this email may have fallen into your spam folder). Simply click on the link to direct you to Docusign.
You send need to validate your phone number for security reasons.
Make sure that you read through the contract before signing it. We will have sent you several documents at the same time, and you will need to sign them all. To switch between documents, scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Once you have reached the end of all of the documents we have sent you, click on the button, "Sign". This means you will sign all of the documents you have just read.
Let's take a look at these main steps in the greater detail :
Invitation to sign online:
First of all, you will receive an email from Joivy asking for you to, "Sign your contract with YouSign". You will need to click on this link to move onto the platform.
When you click on it, you will first have to validate your phone number:
Click on send now if the number shown is yours
Otherwise, you would need to contact our team to update your number
You should then accept the conditions for the electronic sign:
You should then read all the documents present in the enveloppe. When you are ready to sign, you can click on the start button on the top left hand corner:
It will bring you to the spaces where you need to sign. By clicking on sign for the first time, you would be able to choose your signature:
You can then click on the Finish button either at the bottom of the page or in the top (right side).
Congratulations, you have just signed your first set of documents with Docusign!
