Below are all of the steps you will need to take in order to move in:
Before moving in, please make sure you have signed your lease via the online platform Yousign.
If you are unsure as to how Yousign works, please follow this guide.
If you have not yet received your contract to sign online, please contact our support team via support.france@joivy.com.
We will take this opportunity to remind you that all of your payments must be up to date and your contract must be signed before your arrival at your new home. The links to pay for your rent and your deposit can be found on your Joivy account. If you already know your arrival date, make sure to fill this out on your account too.
Your rent will need to be paid at the latest by the 1st of the month. For example, January's rent will have to be paid by 1st January at the latest.
Once everything has been paid for and once you have signed your contract, we will send you an email 24 hours before your arrival which gives you all of the details you will need to pick up your keys and access your new home.
