Below are all of the steps you will need to take in order to move in:
Before moving in, please make sure you have signed your lease via the online platform Docusign.
If you are unsure as to how Docusign works, please follow this guide.
If you have not yet received your contract to sign online, please contact our support team via support.france@joivy.com.
We will take this opportunity to remind you that all of your payments must be up to date and your contract must be signed before your arrival at your new home. The link to pay for your rent and your deposit can be found on the Joivy App. If you already know your arrival date, make sure to fill this out on the App too.
Once everything has been paid for and once you have signed your contract, we will send you an email 24 hours before your arrival which gives you all of the details you will need to pick up your keys and access your new home.
